Region Service's mission is to lead, execute, develop, and streamline service functions in collaboration with operations within Region Dalarna, in cooperation with the region's municipalities, or through collaboration with external actors. We do this within service areas such as property management, food & meals, logistics, cleaning, and laundry. Region Service has about 460 employees and has a turnover of approximately 350 million SEK. The operations are quality certified according to ISO 9001 and environmentally certified according to ISO 14001.

Temporary Kitchen Assistant for Production Kitchen in Mora

The production kitchen and our staff in Mora produce food for the region's hospitals in Mora, Falun, Ludvika, Avesta, and Säter. We prepare tailored meals for the hospital's care departments, and we believe it is important to offer good and nutritious food as well as excellent service to our patients and guests. We also have a lunch restaurant here at the hospital, La Rätt.

We are looking for summer substitutes who want to support us with portioning, packing patient meal boxes, dishwashing, and cleaning.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old.
• Good knowledge of expressing oneself in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Experience from service professions such as large kitchens, hotels, restaurants, and cafes, or what the employer deems equivalent.
• Good computer skills.
• High school education in, for example, hotel and restaurant, tourism, care, and social services, or what the employer deems equivalent.

Meritorious:

• HACCP knowledge
• Previous experience in the food industry
• Warehouse work

You are responsible, eager to learn different tasks, and willing to go the extra mile!
